About Yoga Mission

Yoga Mission is a charitable organisation that runs educational projects in three regions of India and offers a stable, nurturing environment for children in need. As you will know from reading my previous blog about my own experience in India, it is a country that I hold dear to my heart.

In 2016 my two sons both volunteered for a few weeks at Yoga Mission's projects running in Varanasi, in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, and they saw first hand the impact that the charity has on the participating children and local community.

I also see myself how tirelessly my friend Lucy Guest, who is part of the Yoga Mission team, works to fundraise and deliver the best she can for the charity and children and want to do my bit to support her and the charity.

You can also support Yoga Mission on JustGiving or by donating items on their Wish List or volunteering your time and skills!
