When I first met Alex I remember feeling hopeful, in that Alex will be able to assist with my fertility issues, in giving the fertility message a try I knew I had nothing to lose. My first few sessions were at Alex’s home and she made me and my husband feel welcome and relaxed even though we were complete strangers but this didn’t matter to Alex.
After the first session, I felt like a weight has been lifted, hard to explain but I wasn’t worried about my upcoming IVF treatment and left feeling far more positive. Through the massage Alex senses your energy levels and passes through her own positive energy. Alex will massage round you womb area, allowing the blood to flow to all the vital areas, she also massages the tip of the tail bone as nice but strange feeling. Alex also gave me a castor oil pack and showed me how to use it, which I did every other day while taking injections up until egg collection.
I continued to see Alex up until I had my transfer and when I took my test, there it was 2 lines staring back at me. I should have said, I have had 2 previous failed cycles and so seeing a positive result this time was unbelievable! I do believe the additional things I did this time round, such as seeing Alex, helped. When going through IVF it is a difficult time and I found that knowing I had appointments with Alex I would look forward to them and I always left feeling positive and hopeful. Alex doesn’t treat you like a customer, she is with you every step of the way and will always make time to see you.
