I recently had a pregnancy hydrotherm massage with Alex, at 36 weeks pregnant. I've suffered from mid back pain for a couple of months and the treatment was absolutely fantastic, it felt amazing to lie on the warm bed and so relaxing. I had pregnancy hydrotherm massage this morning with Alex and it was incredible. I suffer from a lot of tension in my pelvis due to my previous birth so have found my hips have been very sore.

I have had two hydrotherm pregnancy massages from Alex and I can't rate her highly enough. As if her warmth, nurturing and kind nature wasn't enough she has helped me hugely with back pain I have been suffering during this pregnancy. I noticed a huge difference after just one treatment, I've not know such a impact so quickly from massage before. In my previous pregnancy I had a pregnancy massage at the local beauty salon, it was lovely and relaxing but what made the hydrotherm that bit more relaxing was the warmth of the water you lay on.
